For Emily, detoxing your life basically means the same as detoxing your body. It's like removing things that are not supposed to be in your life. Eliminate what you don't enjoy doing and don't do anything you don't enjoy doing. It will give you more time and energy to do things that are a part of you. Having wellness as part of her day-to-day life, she makes sure that she has time to do it because it helps her be more productive and efficient in her career. Detoxing helps her bring positive and impactful change not only for herself but also for her clients.

Emily is all about marketing, wellness, and the pursuit of a well rounded-life. After battling Crohn's Disease for months, Emily became passionate about what it means to balance all the puzzle pieces of life - especially big ones like careers. While working as a virtual assistant to a Feng Shui practitioner, Emily started merging her background in design with her love of getting women in wellness seen and pivoted into her current business: Beck Creative. Her greatest joy is watching the women she works with up level, while doing what they love.
