    • Alternative Health

Karen Green's is a Licensed Social Worker and the Program Director of Mental Health & Social Services Program at Mt. Hood Community College in Oregon.  Karen shares the self-care practices she began implementing after hitting "burnout" in her field of mental health.  These practices are powerful for anyone who wants to strengthen their own personal self-care,  create a foundation for their own practice of healing trauma and especially important for those who work with others dealing with trauma.   How are you showing up for you? What kinds of wellness pathways are you creating?   Are you aware of your own self-care needs as a care-giver?
