We're joined by four guests: Annette Pass, Head of Innovation at National Highways; Christine Fernandes, Chair of Women in Rail; Erika Diaz, Talent Consultant at Network Rail; and Joanne Crompton a steam locomotive fireman at the East Lancashire Railway, Bury, and also at Llangollen Railway in North Wales.
We hear them talk about experiences, the challenges women face and how to create a more inclusive industry and why women should be encouraged to enter into the transport sector.
