This week we had our first community event with our dear friend Laura Lu! Laura is a graduate student studying clinical psychology, she's a future therapist, and a researcher studying the effects of different types of trauma on mental health. She is passionate about advocating for the intersection of social justice and mental health. She also co-moderates a community on Instagram called @mindhealthspot with over 25K followers.
