DMS Lamorinda BJJ ,

The most well-rounded BJJ podcast I’ve found so far

I’ve caught the Brazilian jiu-jitsu bug, and Gustavo Dantas’ podcast is on the “must listen to” list. If you want to improve your BJJ, refine your emotional intelligences and improve your biz/career outcomes, this podcast is “the one.”
He recognizes that BJJ is all things to all people, and we share the journey. 💕

Though I’m a serious practitioner, I’ll never be competing for open division world championships- I started too late for that to be feasible, and that’s ok. However, I’ll be competing in “masters’ (over-30) competitions for a long time, and Gustavo’s podcast is helping me get there, in every sense. 🙏

Wonderful podcast for jiu jitsu and life

I love this podcast. It's the perfect synthesis of jiu jitsu and personal development. I study with Shaolin in New York, so started with the wonderful BJJ Mental Coach episode 17. I had reason to write to Professor Gustavo, and then he also recommended I listen to episode 32 with Pedro Valente. What a fabulous discussion. Now I am hooked. I love the discussions with the guests, the gems like the book recommendations, the discussions of best habits, and much more. Thank you, Gustavo, I will keep learning from you.

Big biy king ,

Yup

I watch this when I’m done with the Misfits podcast
