April and Peter discuss ‘geographic mobility’ and the trends he observes within Brookfield communities on where people are moving, and why, after the pandemic.  Peter recently presented at the New Home Trends Summit hosted by John Burns Research & Consulting, where he spoke on migration trends and their impact on growing markets.  

In addition to geographic mobility, Peter and April discuss the introduction of Gen Z buyers to the home buying market and how product within master planned communities is being designed to accommodate this emerging generation of buyers.
