Arianne Lemire owns a real estate investment company in the Florida Emerald Coast. She provides homeowners with a stress-free way to sell their homes, renovate those homes with local tradesmen and provide a good as new home for a new family. They partner with investors to buy large apartment complexes that provide consistent returns. She started her journey to get financial freedom in 2015, where they flipped and wholesaled over 500 houses, co-owned 200 units of multifamily with partner investors. She speaks further about how she actually quit her job in order to pursue her goal of active investing.
