Ep 18 | 12 : 12 Full Moon & The Overuse of Spiritual Tools Part 2 The Afro Fairy Goddess

    • Spirituality

Happy 12:12 everyone!  This episode is a dedicated to part 1 of "The Overuse of Spiritual Tools" Here I just gave some of my in put to what I have been using throughout the years.  There are many ways to use what is around you in which nature provides, especially if you can't afford to buy crystals or sage at the moment.

I made mention to Paulo Santo and White Sage being on the endangered list and I did a check online.  the update about this at of 12/12/2019 is that there are two different types of Paulo Santo.  The one on the endangered list comes from the  Bulnesia sarmientoi tree and is dark and reddish, akin to mahogany.  The second which is harvested from the Bursera graveolens,  has a yellowish-tan, similar to pine, and sometimes streaked with darker shades of gray or brown.  White Sage is not on the list either after I poked around a bit.  Even though not on the list, it has been indicated that there is an overuse of these two plants, also Sandalwood! and that if we keep at this rate, it will be an endangered plant.

For my household, I will be taking very close care into what I will be using in the future and only use if it is deemed absolutely necessary. Check the links below to mentions in the podcast!
