WHO DO YOU SERVE?
Why is this important? Because if you're not clear on who you serve, you won't know what to look for and what to do.
For me as a Christian and a believer in God, He is who I serve first, then my family. When I have those priorities in place first then I can focus on my growing business.
I speak to so many solopreneurs and coaches, small business owners, and lots of them are having an identity crisis. They started their businesses because they wanted to help people, yet they don’t focus on what’s really needed for a large portion of their workdays. Then they get busy doing things that aren’t serving them or their business.
They’re exhausted at the end of the day but can’t really say what they’ve gotten done. Anyone been there?
I have. I had to prioritize to move forward, So, who do you serve? Or should I say who do you serve first?
Do you serve God, family, fear, procrastination, excuses?
