And even after you learn all the words and phrases, it still took you a while to get into the habit of actually tracking your food right?

But I promise you, once you do get into the habit, it becomes second nature and you'll be so glad you did!
Tracking your macros helps you understand what your body needs from food and allows you to make better decisions when it comes time to eat. You'll feel more confident in your choices, too!
Or as I like to say macros is all up in yo business but to help you get to a place where YOU are confident in YOU again
