Ep. 2 - Returning to Wholeness with Yoga with James Boag The LoveTruth Podcast

    • Relationships

There is a common misconception that Yoga is a purely physical practice. You just need to put on a pair of Yoga pants, get a mat and you are a Yogi. Since making its way to the West, I personally believe that Yoga has been misidentified, misinterpreted in a lot of ways, and even watered down.

The true nature of yoga is a spiritual practice.  It's a practice of rootedness. It's a practice of introspection.

James Boag's insightful storytelling and wisdom bring light to the power of Yoga and how it can return us to wholeness by connecting and navigating to our Truth (Satya: Sanskrit: सत्य) and self-awareness not by being flexible physically, but mentally so that we can use it as a tool to be able to navigate around life, love and relationships.
