EP 21: The RESULTS are "IN Her Own Words" with Tim Taylor Constructive Behaviors

    • Careers

Are you someone who appreciates data and stats, especially related women in construction? Tim Taylor, the Director of Research for NCCER, led a research study in 2022/2023 with nearly 1000 participants to determine exactly WHAT EXPERIENCE WOMEN ARE HAVING in construction TODAY.  The study is titled "In Her Own Words".  Tim and I discuss the findings of this study and how to make an impact that will change the results for the future. (If you don't have time to listen to the entire episode...at LEAST listen to the last 25 minutes.)

NCCER led another study along with Ambition Theory titled Building Better: A Women in Construction Report which we did not get a chance to discuss in this episode, but highly recommend you check it out as well!
