"I'm Speaking" is a take on (now) Vice-President Kamala Harris at the US VP debate with (then) VP Pence as she had to say "Excuse me, I'm Speaking" when he kept interrupting her and cutting her off. This term became famous for a lot of women and I thought it was fitting since this is a podcast and I'm literally 'speaking' my mind on women in business as well as being an introvert and a highly sensitive person in life and in business in an 'extroverted' and 'non-sensitive' world.
A lot of my episodes are 'Love Letters' to Introverts and Highly Sensitives.

Ep 98 Am I Being a Hypocrite?
Heyo! Thanks for listening! In this episode I ask the question of “Am I Being a Hypocrite?” and the answer is Yes. As far as taking self-care and self-love, not doing what lights me up and letting an energy drainer have the last word when I knew better. I am getting back to some sense of normalcy and am slowly but surely (as with any “season” of life) getting back to what makes all of the difference in the world for me which is self-care and self-love. :) I hope you enjoy this episode. Sincerely, Elizabeth

Ep 97 Asking the Wrong People For Help
Heyo! Thanks for listening! First off, kudos to you if you’re asking for help in the first place! In this episode I speak about asking the right Vs the wrong people for help. The main differences are that the right people will make you feel supported, cared for, loved and appreciated. And if they make you feel the opposite of that or dumb, stupid, ‘less than’ or inferior or that you owe them then chances are that they are the wrong person to ask for help. I hope you enjoy this episode. Cheers to speaking up and for making your voice heard! Sincerely, Elizabeth

Ep 93 The ‘Gift’ of Being Present
Thanks for listening! Being Present really is a gift isn’t it? It seems that I’m always either thinking in the past or thinking of the future but rarely ever present. I feel like a lot of society is the same way. In my continuous journey for self-care and self-love I’m trying to stay present as that’s when I’m noticing that I’m usually at my happiest. I hope you enjoy this episode! Sincerely, Elizabeth https://www.westelizabeth.com/30 to sign up for the 30 Days To Self-Love Challenge!

Great Podcast for Introverts
I love Elizabeth’s enthusiasm for serving others with her knowledge and experiences. She has one of those voices and personalities that feels like you’re listening to an instant friend dishing out sage advise, and she’s always delivering resources and truth bombs that hit right to the core of what makes introverts tick.
