Mrs. Freeman will be touching on the cost of credit, closing costs, how to calculate the amount of house you can afford and much more!
Bridgette Freeman is an Associate Broker with eXp Realty licensed since 1997. Her goal is to educate, inspire and empower clients to build wealth in real estate. Her career spans from banking and finance to real estate becoming one of the first and youngest female Vice President for a national restaurant chain. She left her corporate career to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors working in real estate sales, new construction, commercial and property management. Using her experience and love for people, she is a corporate trainer and professional speaker. Bridgette has taught thousands and continues to share her love to educate, empower, inspire and ignite change in those who take her courses, workshops, webinars, and training sessions or as a keynote speaker.
She uses the same methods to assist buyers, sellers, investors, builders, developers and banks with seamless real estate transactions. As an investor and Project Manager herself, she has insight to assist clients with investment properties. Bridgette was the former Director of the Luxury division and named an appointed trainer for the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation in the state of Georgia. With all of her accolades, Bridgette is the Director of Wealth of Knowledge Academy. The school offers more than 50 online and in-class courses. The latest accomplishment is Author. The book C.E.O. Child, Entrepreneur, Owner allows adults to teach children easy principles of business ownership. It’s being sold on Amazon and www.kidtoceo.com.
A graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and speaking designations from Toastmasters International makes it evident she is an effective communicator and will work in the best interest of her clients.
Bridgette remains active in the community while serving on various boards of directors and committees. Her desire to serve continued as she ran for the Henry County School Board in 2018. Bridgette enjoys outdoor activities, loves to travel, learning new things, and spending time with family.
