When it comes to living life at the highest level, Spring Bengtzen is at the top of the list. Currently running one of the top producing real estate teams in Utah, Spring and her team at the Utah Life Real Estate Group sold over 450 homes in 2021 and are on track to sell over 700 homes in 2022- positioning them to quickly become one of the top teams in the country.
But her achievements don’t stop there.
Over the last four years, Spring has grown her Utah Life team from seven to over seventy agents, runs an international team of 14 - and continues to grow. She is a founding member of one of the largest networks within ΓEA⅃ brokerage, and this last year she also launched her own title company, Meraki.
Spring believes it’s absolutely possible to achieve anything you want in life, and her passion for helping others believe this for themselves has been the driving force in launching her own coaching company called Spring B this past year. She now has five different coaching programs focused on helping team owners and agents Scale Up their businesses, strengthen their Inner Circle, and achieve Harmony across every area of life. In March, Spring planned and executed Real Estate’s Spring Break in Cancún, Mexico for over 150 top producing agents and team owners from across the country and is already selling out for next year’s event. In October, she also sold out her first women’s event, Ignite, and had incredible feedback about the breakthroughs women experienced. At Ignite, Spring also launched another passion project, Harmony Tribe, which is a ladies only mastermind focusing on leveling up in every area of life. This year Spring has been a sought after speaker and delivered a number of trainings and keynotes - including CollabCon, Oh Shift!, Play Bigger, Rise, WGR and many others.
