On this episode, I answer a BURNING QUESTION I've been asked multiple times in the last few days, and probably 50+ times in the last year. The question is:

"SHOULD I DO KETO + INTERMITTENT FASTING OR MACROS + INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR FAT LOSS?"

I'll explain definitions (what each of these nutritional approaches are) and how they fit into someone's lifestyle, and later in the show, I'll break down my preferred approach as well.

As a coach who teaches how to live a life of balance--a lifestyle you'll enjoy, my preferred approach is ALWAYS the approach with the least amount of restriction necessary.

I always believe the best road is the one with least restriction, so start there, and add additional layers of restriction as necessary! I'll explain to you just how to do that in this episode!
