Karlee and I met when we we both teamed up with Enagic (or magic water as we like to call it), and have stayed in touch over the past couple of years.

Karlee decided that affiliate marketing just wasn't her passion and she decided to dive back into what she originally went to school for, and I'm so glad she did!

She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and nutrition, and one of the reasons Karlee and I gravitate to one another, is the fact that we both strongly believe that eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle DOES NOT need to be complicated. We also both love fitness and our main passion is helping people achieve the goals they desire in a sustainable way!

How living a clean and healthy life can be simple and the reasons so many people fail when they begin a new health journey
Tips on how to make small changes in your daily routine to improve your overall wellness
