I started making my to-do list the night before.

I started doing this because I felt like I was constantly taking in information, instead of putting anything out. I found myself wasting a ton of time during my work day and ending my work day feeling like I didn’t get anything accomplished.

I knew something had to change, and so this was one of those changes!
