In this episode I talk about the "Sleep Hygiene" strategies that I use with my patients and clients. Good quality sleep is a corner stone of good health and our ability to heal. It impacts our memory, our mood and our experience throughout the day. Good quality sleep is also one of the first things we address when working with individuals that suffer from chronic pain.
