Kenny Camacho is a husband, a father, and a personal trainer. After experiencing a shoulder injury that required reconstruction surgery, he began his own rehabilitation journey. It eventually led him in the direction of studying Kinesiology at Cal Poly Pomona. During his time in college, he volunteered in rehabilitation facilities for over 1000 hours learning and getting mentoring. His interest in fitness kept growing as he was able to lead hundreds of people to lose body fat and gain muscle. While helping many people turn their health around, he continued to educate himself by getting new certifications and hiring coaches of his own to learn from some of the best coaches in the world firsthand. This gave him a deeper understanding and more competence in helping people train intelligently out of pain. He places a large emphasis on the foundation of each individual, by educating, simplifying, and guiding his clients through the process of transformation. He’s a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Functional Range Assessment Specialist, and Kinstretch Level 1, instructor. With the integration of joint mobility training and strength training, he utilizes his own unique training system by integrating different training principles to get my clients transformational results. Over everything else, building trust and simply believing in his clients is the most important core value and allows his clients to be successful.
