Must-listen for water polo parents, athletes and coaches

Tony Azevedo is one of the greatest water polo players of all time by any metric, but what really comes through in this podcast are the intangibles: his character, generosity, love for the sport and ability to connect with others. As a result, the interviews and conversations in this podcast go way beyond being just informational—they are full of insights and inspiration for players who may be experiencing the highs and/or lows of this super tough sport, and for the parents and coaches who support them. Don’t be deterred if you don’t recognize some of the names of the guests or if the dates on the episodes are older. There is so much in here that is thought-provoking. And as a bonus, Tony has a stand-up comic as his co-host, which makes this podcast fun and funny too!

Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to create this podcast. I had to the opportunity to volunteer at a camp Tony hosted. I thought you were very down to earth and wanted each person to grow in skill and love for the sport. Hearing this podcast affirms that you are truly trying to build future players and the coaches that will coach them. Thanks again for sharing the knowledge you have, and connections to those with the knowledge as well!
