Jac is an exercise professional of over 15 years, FIFO wife and Mum of 2. She is a pre and postnatal personal trainer and MumSafe™️ coach and it's throughout her own journey of recovery from an eating disorder and now navigating the rollercoaster of Motherhood that she's realised her passion and purpose in life - offering the level of care, support and guidance that Mother's deserve in their health and fitness journeys.
Jac loves helping the mums of her community to find balance in it all, move in a way that nurtures them and ensure that they have the power to choose what is right every step of the way.
