Today's guest is the one and only, literally, "Glute Guy", Bret Contreras. Bret is known for his training Booty Buy Bret and his gym The Glute Lab. He's also an author of multiple books, has a PHD in Sports Science, is a published researcher, and on top of it all is actually coaching people, in the trenches!
Today we dive into his story, why the glutes are so important to train hard, the best ways to program for better glutes, and last but definitely not least, his thoughts on the recent study "Squats vs. Hip Thrusts" where squats outperformed hip thrusts for glute development.
