David Pere is the founder of the Military Millionaire Community. His mission is to help service members, veterans, and their families learn how to build wealth through real estate investing entrepreneurship, and personal finance! He knows what it is like to earn a median income and wonders how to make it stretch between paychecks. For years he thought there had to be a better way to invest his money, and then he was introduced to real estate investing.
 
In this interview, David talks about how he started transitioning into real estate investing in 2015 after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and realizing that he could retire from the military early. His knowledge and experience in the military have helped him to be successful in real estate. He started by writing about how to use Google search to improve his Googling skills and then started writing about more general topics like the military and VA loans. His success led him to create more specific content on those topics, such as how to refinance a house, when it’s time to do so, and how to be a successful real estate investor.
