Solo - The shadows got me and can get us all, but we can learn to illuminate the shadows in such a way as to honor our authentic self and live the life we truly desire. We all have shadows within us and it's about time we integrate those shadows so we can shine the light on the world we were born to share.Key Takeaways: Shadows, obstacles, walls that we put up, the fears of our ego may trigger a lot, but it truly is not as scary as it appears when we shine a light on them. By shining a light on our shadows, we are able to transcend into a new level in our healing journey because we then have no choice but to face the shadow and learn to integrate it. Our ego and the emotional triggers are simply a warning sign that there is a shadow we must illuminate if we are to live as a full authentic expression of our divine essence.
