JP Bolwahnn is a Former Navy SEAL and founder of Higher Level Coaching, a life and fitness coaching company that focuses on helping people become the most effective version of themselves. He talks about his experiences of becoming a Navy SEAL, how he was then able to fulfill a dream of playing college football in his 30's, as featured on ESPN, played high-level rugby, and how he became a firefighter on the island of Kauai, Hawaii at the age of 43. Many people give up on dreams before they even begin them because they have self-limiting beliefs about what is possible. Either from past experiences or what is the social norm.
