Ep. 49 | Transformation in Motherhood with Whitney Poma, Founder of Momful So You Had A Baby

    • Parenting

Hey Mamas! Welcome back to the so you had a baby podcast, I am your host Krista and this is episode 49. As we all know breastfeeding is not an easy journey for every mama and truth be told a lot of women struggle in the beginning and sometimes longer. Some decide it's not for them and some women breastfeed successfully for years. There is no right or wrong but there is something that every mom can benefit from in their breastfeeding journey and quite honestly their postpartum journey and that is nutrition.
This week I am joined by Whitney Poma. Whitney is the founder of Momful - nourishing moms on their breastfeeding journey. Whitney's personal struggle with breastfeeding led to her to find an overlooked solution to the common challenge of breastfeeding: her nutrition. Her obsession with reducing the obstacle of breastfeeding in a new mom's journey led her to create a product line aimed at helping breastfeeding moms recover postpartum while also making nutritious milk for their little ones. Whitney believes that health for mom and baby shouldn't be a luxury which is why Momful donates one product for every five purchased.
I am so grateful to have been able to talk with Whitney and hear her story. Her passion for helping mamas thrive in motherhood is inspiring and I am so excited for you to learn all about her and her amazing company, Momful. So, without further ado, let's jump into the episode!
