Ep 5 Dogs & Divorce w/ Human and Dog Behaviorist Cameron Thompsen Her Heart Heals - Divorce Radio

    • Society & Culture

What happens to our dogs when they take on so much of our pain?

So many of us have found special bonds with our dogs. As a dog mom of 3, they are my favorite co-workers, my most trusted companions and also the reason I have to see a chiropractor as they all like to sleep in bed with me. They show me unconditional love and their energy has been there to lift me up during my divorce. But what I didn’t realize was how much MY energy was affecting them and their behavior. It wasn’t just them acting out, it was me being stressed and putting off THOSE vibes to them and them just reflecting what I put out. Lightbulb moment, I was making my dog crazy? Oh yea, that’s a real thing. Today we get to learn from Cameron Thompson,

Cameron Thompsen is both a human and animal coach, providing dog behavior consulting via Hope2K9 Foundation, a Southern California non profit education hub for dog owners, fosters and rescuers alike, as well as business and process coaching through Alpha Bitch Evolutions.
