Ep. 50 | Being Humbled in Motherhood with Tracey Biebel, LCSW and Parent Coach So You Had A Baby

    • Parenting

Hey Mamas! Welcome back to the So You Had A Baby Podcast, I am your host Krista and this is episode 50! First of all, can you believe I am 50 episodes in and have been doing this podcast for almost 2 ½ years?! Honestly, I am so grateful for the opportunity to talk to so many amazing women who inspire me and help me grow! And I am grateful for all of you, my amazing listeners who are along for the ride and support me and take the time to listen! Doing this podcast brings me so much joy! And truly hope you are as empowered in your motherhood journey as I have been!
Ok with that being said, this week's guest is a wonderful woman and friend who I have been so excited to have on!
This week I am joined by Tracey Biebel. Tracey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Portland, OR. For the past 20 something years, she has been helping individuals, couples, and families find more joy and connection in the lives they are living. She lives with her partner, and their combined 4 kids ages (6, 12, 15, 18), 2 dogs, 4 chickens, and 2 rabbits. Prior to COVID, she often left the house to lift heavy things at the gym, perform improv comedy on various stages about town, go on long unmasked walks with friends, and simply be alone. She is funny, real, and a wealth of knowledge. Her story had me in tears (of laughter and sadness) and is not a story that you hear as often, as she shared both her biological and adoptive postpartum stories. I enjoyed talking with her so much and I know you will as well, so enough of me, let's get into it!
