Ep 51. Adrenal Fatigue for Yoga Practitioners - How to Heal Stress and Burn Out at The Root Cause The Yogi Fuel Podcast

Alright everyone welcome back to the Podcast, it’s been a while and I am SUPER glad to be back and sharing on this platform because as always I have sooo much to share with you, and this is certainly one of my favourite ways of doing that.

So this week I am sharing all about Adrenal Fatigue - from Ayurveda + science to help Yogis heal from stress and burn out.

While of course our yoga (asana) practice is helpful, there are things we want to incorporate beyond what we do on the mat and within our lives to fully heal.

Within this episode i'm sharing:
- What adrenal fatigue is, and some common symptoms to help you identify if you have it
- Why a single pill/practice is not going to be the magic bullet to heal
- Why root cause healing and addressing broader lifestyle concerns is the key to long term healing
- Some simple practices you can start implementing to heal.

Before we start this weeks episode I wanted to let you know that my spring workshop - Unstuck - creating balance through Kapha season is now open for enrolment.

If you’ve been feeling slow, heavy, tired, sluggish and stuck in both body and mind, this is the perfect workshop for you. The second part is a live meditation/pranyama session where we are going to be releasing stuck and stagnant energy from the system, and then I will be answering all of your burning questions around Ayurveda, and how to easefully transition into spring this season.
