In this episode we talk to The Community Impact Initiative who have received £300,230 of National Lottery funding to support people to develop employment skills through purchasing houses that need renovation across South Wales and renovating them. The people they support gain a number of qualification and industry certificates as well as gaining confidence and a range of skills that will help them into work.

Mae’r bobl maent yn eu cefnogi yn ennill nifer o dystysgrifau cymhwyster a diwydiant, yn ogystal ag ennill hyder ac amryw o sgiliau a fydd yn eu helpu mewn i waith.
