The truth about the Keto fad diet is that it teaches you to cut out whole food groups and promotes restrictive eating; you cannot see the damage it does to your internal organs; you're focused on the quick fixes of fat loss.
The ketogenic fad diet is being pumped more and more into our social media feeds, but they only tell you HALF of the story! Did you know that it was created for children with Epilepsy? NO, I didn't either; when I did it, all I was focused on was the results that I saw everyone else get, and I knew that I was tired of belly fat, and I wanted those results.
In this first of 2 parts, I tell you the raw uncut truths that you don't see Pruviit huns telling you on your Instagram feed because the truth is that would help them rank advance in the company or get you to join their team if they told you the brutal truth I tell you in these episodes.
The ketogenic diet was introduced in the 1920s for children and adults as an alternative treatment plan to manage their seizures, currently in his Millenium. There is no scientific data that this diet was introduced explicitly as a medicinal treatment as any long-lasting, healthy and sustainable effects on your weight.
Before trying this fad diet! I detail some of the health conditions that this misappropriated diet can cause, so much so it's in two parts. My passion is to equip you with the truth and help you make the right decision for yourself and your health, and slow weight loss is never appealing. Still, it is if you want to keep off sustainably, for a lifestyle and long term, and as the students that I teach, they know I'm the coach that keeps it real & teaches you how to get results that last without having to try to make 'bread' with cheese! Being overweight can be challenging at times, but try managing additional medical conditions you never had.
