In this episode, Hugh shares his experiences as a successful entrepreneur, business leader, and teacher who has helped over 12,000 people launch their passions in real estate investing and business ownership. After 9/11 he realized how short life could be and decided to pursue his dreams. He shares his story of overcoming obstacles and developing a system that helps others build the life they want through real estate investing, starting businesses, and following their passions. Then, Hugh focuses on the importance of identifying one's passion and having the plan to achieve it. It emphasizes that money should not be villainized, as it is a tool with which one can make the world a better place. We discuss Tony Robbins' Vivid Vision book as a useful resource for creating a plan to reach one's goals. We also look at accepting failure and risk in order to achieve success, discipline in routine to achieve success, breaking out of limiting beliefs and fears to build confidence, understanding generational patterns to move forward with new habits, real estate sales, investments, buying a home, setting KPIs for tracking success rather than setting end goals and the value of cash flow properties as a wealth building strategy.
