Today I am joined by Liset Adkins.  Liset was born and raised in Chicago and is proud to be the daughter of Guatemalan immigrants. She is a wife, mother and co-owner of Café Calidá, a coffee shop located in the same neighborhood she was raised in, Humboldt Park Chicago. Owning a business in Humboldt Park has been extremely rewarding and yet surreal, as she never imagined it to be possible.
