EP-69 Tom Rosecrans - RockSport Indoor Climbing Gym The Unconventional Path: Entrepreneurship and Innovation Stories and Ideas

    • Entrepreneurship

Hello listeners, today's guest is Tom Rosecrans. A high school teacher during the day and an entrepreneur rock climber on nights and weekends, Tom and a partner started RockSport, an indoor climbing facility back when most of the world did not know what that was. Over the last 30 years, he has successfully grown the business organically. Ten years ago Tom retired from teaching and recently open a purpose-built facility for his thriving business. We had a wonderful conversation about organic growth, building a community, and several very important things Tom learned about hiring staff.
