FOMO is the reason humans check our phones first thing in the morning, all day long, and again before bed.
If you struggle with FOMO it is most likely caused by an addiction to social media.
How many times have you said yes to something you didn't feel like doing only to wish you hadn’t?

I'm guilty of all of these things time and time again.
