What is a trauma response? Money talks through the 4 paths reacting to trauma can take, and the 5 domains of immediate and delayed responses to trauma.
A trauma response is any immediate or delayed reaction to a traumatic event (remember, trauma is anything that overwhelms your full faculties to cope) that is directly tied to attempting to cope with that event.
Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn (children mostly, but definitely can manifest in adults)
