In the episode I talk about the situation when we feel stuck and to move ahead, we'd need a new idea, solution or thought... So where do you go and get that from?!
I'll share my experience of going either within or without - aka finding the solution 'inside' you through eg meditation and working with different brain wave states or then going 'outside' and tapping into the consciousness and energy fields of people that can expand your mind. I personally do both of these and hope that this episode will give you more trust into self: we have tools to figure out a lot more we think we can...we just need to learn how to use the machinery!
