Ep. XIX Elemental Magick with Lauren Ashley The Healer Series

Lauren Ashley, Woman of Rivers, is a spiritual coach who integrates the tarot, divination, and ancestral connection as a tool for self-development and intergenerational healing. She comes from a long lineage of healers whose legacy of service comes through in her personal and professional practice.I had the pleasure of collaborating with Lauren on a cohort we called Elemental Magick many moons ago. This episode is sort of a condensed version of those teachings or rather I should say the recalling our intuitive knowings. We walk through each element and its correlations; seasons, rituals and their expressions in the world around us. We recorded this episode mid Summer season so hoping the energy of fire can hold us now as we walk through the depths of Winter.
