Sandra shares her perspective on how Berlin has changed over the past 30 years. We discuss various aspects of her career as a communication consultant, and the key importance of learning how to be comfortable talking to strangers and building good tit-for-tat relationships with those in your network. We also discuss the psychological difficulties of learning new skills and starting new projects, and how repeated exposure is the only way to make progress in one’s career.
