EP193: Ask Me Anything - PART 2 The Business of Becoming with Lori Kennedy

    • Business

Welcome to Part 2 of ‘Ask Me Anything,’ where I’ll answer more personal questions, as promised!
If you haven’t yet seen Part 1, check it out after this...I dive into business-related questions from the community about sales, growth mindset, and knowing when and who to hire.
These questions are straight from the horse’s mouth...my clients!
So in this episode, we’re going to shift from business to personal.
There was such a generous overflow of valuable questions, that it was really hard for me to narrow down which ones best fit this Part 2, as I wanted to give you the best bang for your time.
I’ve plucked a few very intimate questions like:
How do you handle criticism?  How do you schedule your time?  How do you shift your mindset away from patterns that aren’t serving you? This episode is filled to the brim with my most beloved mental health practices and organization hacks. Once you see the other side of the coin, you’ll have insight into how closely my personal life and my brand are actually connected.

What We Talk About In This Episode:
Co-parenting and being divorced Juggling family members   The importance of saving brain space Shifting away from self-sabotage  Demolishing unhelpful belief systems and narratives  My Sunday night routine and Google calendar  Time blocking and outsourcing tasks  Empowering my children by giving them a voice Promoting positivity from a privileged position Mental “check-ins” after harsh feedback  Finding truth through self-inquiry How to build trust through vulnerability  Balancing sensitivity for all personality types Sharing “wins” with others during the pandemic  Choosing not to cater to the negative audience What “toxic positivity” means and how it cripples perspective

Episode 125: Bulletproof Your Self Worth and Increase Your Self-Confidence
