Today's episode is all about how to start loving yourself and where to actually start. I get asked all the time about how people can start loving themselves and what is an immediate action item that they can start doing.  We dive into the very first step of the journey of loving yourself and that starts with who you really want to be and starting to think you are that person in your mind. It's all about "Being" who you want to be first, not just doing something and hoping you will change but really transform how you think about yourself in your mind and changing your identity to be that person.
