How Coronavirus Saved My Life | Ft. Christine Zethraus | Part 2 The Path

    • Self-Improvement

"When you start becoming the observer of your reactions as an adult, you find these reactions are unhealed traumas from your childhood.” Christine Zethraus
That’s what my guest, Christine Zethraus know to be true after she experienced Covid in the beginning of one of the most tumultuous times in the worlds history. Christine, is a mental health practitioner,  podcast host and Blogger of “How Corona Virus Saved My Life” and a Podcast she Co-Hosts with her sister Jessica called “The Family Burrito,” in their words about a “F**ked up family” told from two different unique experiences.
My guest, Christine Zethraus, a mental health practitioner,  podcast host and Blogger of “How Corona Virus Saved My Life” and Podcast Co-Host with her sister of “The Family Burrito” would probably say “yes”.
In this Part 1 of 2 episode, that could have been 2-3 different stand alone topics Christine and I discussed:
How the beginning of her coronavirus journey led to unexpected discoveries within to coming out of quarantine only to realize her marriage was over.A pivotal moment in her backyard when she thought she was going to die - which forever changed the course of her life. Being raised in a white middle-class family fueled by violence, racism, manipulation,  drugs/alcohol, chaos and narcissism. Her mission today to create a safe space for self and others shedding light on injustice, childhood trauma and more.Check out this episode & others here on The Path Podcast & on Apple, Spotify, Google & other podcast platforms.  Follow, share & subscribe Let’s connect and share your story:
