Last weekend, I raced the North Fork 50 mile race in Buffalo Creek, CO.  It was a training race and I got it done, but I had some issues along the way.  I thought it would be interesting for the listeners to listen in as I discussed the race with my coach, Cliff Pittman.  Cliff Pittman has been a guest on the podcast before and he always brings lots of knowledge to the table.  Listen in as we discuss what was good, what was bad, and what was ugly.
