Mark Hass was working a full time job at a paint company and running his own in-ground swimming pool company. He bought his first rental in 1996 and began buying 4 or 5 rentals every month. He has over 100 single family rentals, and has owned hundreds of apartments and commercial property too. 
Today Mark gets up every day and does what he wants, when he wants with homes in a beach home in Florida, a lake house at Barren River and recently sold his Mountain Mansion in Gatlinburg, TN.
