I’m a huge fan of Gin, author of Delay Don’t Deny, which is based on Intermittent Fasting. So when I learned that she had another health-related podcast I had to give it a listen.

I’m so happy that I did!!!

Why? It’s refreshing to hear from women in the health-related industry who genuinely care about our health. Women who are fed up with the traditional, pill-pushing industry & focused on profit. Gin’s guests are focused preventative healthcare.
