She is the author of the bestselling book: “The Binge Cure: 7 Steps to Outsmart Emotional Eating”, as well as “Food For Thought: Perspectives on Eating Disorders”, and co-editor of “Beyond The Primal Addiction.” She hosts a weekly call-in radio show, The Dr. Nina Show, on LA Talk Radio and recently did a TEDx talk, “Why Binge Eating is NOT about Food”.
