Negative feedback is one of the hardest parts of any job, and makes for difficult conversations in the corporate world. You've probably had it in the past, and when it comes it can feel like a wave of negativity crashing over you. If doubt and self-criticism gets triggered it can be hard to shake off. 

So in this episode I'm going to tell you how you can best deal with criticism, how you can have those conversations in a productive way, and how you can turn it into a positive for you and your career.
