Episode 1: A Sexual Harassment Survivor Discuses Her Case and Working with Gomez Trial Attorneys Trial Files: Where Real Personal Injury Survivors Talk to Their Real Trial Lawyers

In the first episode, personal injury attorney John Gomez, interviews Lisa Dougherty, a sexual harassment survivor, and her attorney Junior Partner Patrick Stormes Swan. While undergoing treatment for breast cancer, Dougherty’s supervisor repeatedly harassed her, making an already difficult time in her life absolutely unbearable. She followed her employer’s protocols by filing a compliant, but the harassment and her situation only became worse after reporting her complaints. She sought the help of GTA’s Partner Bibianne Fell and Junior Partner Patrick Stormes Swan.
