Episode 1: Netflix’s Hold the Dark / Disney’s Z-O-M-B-I-E-S / Unspeakable Sex Acts? / Why is My Kid Listening to Fergie‪?‬ The Morally Flexible Podcast

    • TV & Film

One word to describe this episode: ROUGH. Tallan was having a case of the Shatner pauses and Josh sounded like he was on Valium for the first half of the show. However, if you somehow make it through the first hour, the second hour proves to be much livelier. Seriously, fast forward to the 1:01:00 mark, you’ll thank me.
To kick things off, Josh and Tallan crack open a bottle of Jameson and Josh does a poor job of providing some history about the Jameson company.
During the recap of the previous week’s events, Tallan discusses his car issues and Josh complains about not being able to go to the movie theater.
In the movie review segment, the boys discuss the Netflix original film Hold the Dark starring Jeffery Wright and Stellan Skarsgard.
In “Tales of Domestic Bliss”, Josh complains about his daughter’s music choices and his absolute loathing for giving back rubs.
In the “This is a Thing?” segment, Josh talks about a porn act that is too explicit to describe here. Tallan discusses strange leaflets being left around the city and their possible ties to a cult.
In the “Kid’s Corner”, Josh and Tallan review Disney’s Z-O-M-B-I-E-S. Tallan has a mild aneurysm during the discussion.
